We invite you and your special guests to the 2009 Commencement Ceremony on Friday, May 15th at 6 p.m. in the Multipurpose Building.
Commencement lasts approximately 90 minutes, and tickets are not required for attending. A celebratory reception for the graduates and their guests will be held immediately following the ceremony.
Graduates should report to classroom L-3 in the lower level of the Library by 5:15 p.m.
In observance of tradition, all commencement participants will wear full academic regalia, consisting of a traditional gown and mortarboard with tassel.
Tassles should be worn to the right until you are signaled to shift
the tassle to the left when Chancellor Mary-Beth Krogh-Jespersen
confers the degrees.
Caps, gowns, and graduation announcements are purchased
through the campus bookstore - 963-2705.
Biographical Data forms are to be returned to Dawson 6, by April 21.
Commencement rehearsal will be held Thursday, April 30 at noon in Dawson 14. Attendance at commencement rehearsal is mandatory.
